Here is a used and still in overall excellent condition 2018 NAMM Display Jazzmaster crafted by apprentice builder Vincent Van Trigt. The guitar has light surface swirl, no major dings – and includes the original hardshell case with COA and some case candy. The guitar has all the bells and whistles that a Jazzmaster can have, including a bound rosewood fretboard with pearl block inlays, a white headstock finish to match the binding against the black relic finish, cream witch hat knobs, and a RSD Jazzmaster bridge. What makes the guitar super special are the Curtis Novak Silver Foil pickups paired with a master volume and tone control setup as well as individual volume controls – a bit like a Gretsch Falcon. The Silver Foils provide the unique tone of a vintage Harmony or Silvertone guitar, pickups that are super clear and chimey but also have an unforgiving honk when driven! Everything comees together to make this quite a special Fender.
